GMA SHRM is thrilled to announce that their 11th Annual Human Capital Conference will feature Dave Ulrich, rated by HR Magazine as the “#1 Most Influential Person in HR”.  This not-to-be-missed conference will be held Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, WI! In addition to winning numerous awards, David has helped generate award winning databases that assess alignment between strategies, organization capabilities, HR practices, HR competencies, and customer and investor results.  Dave will be our featured speaker, presenting two keynote speeches and one breakout session.  His two keynotes will be “Emerging Trends in HR Value Creation” and “Opportunities in Managing Culture”. In addition, the conference will offer 9 breakout sessions throughout the day on topics related to: Multi-Generational Workplace Benefits, Positivity in the Workplace, Curiosity Based Communication, Mental Health Awareness, Developing your Strategic Thinking Mindset and the ever popular Legal Update.  In addition, there will be a presentation by SHRM’s Shelly Trent, Regional Services Field Director, on Ethical Workplace Behavior.

Our last five conferences drew more than 200 human resource professionals. Register by April 22 to receive the early bird registration rate of only $125!  If you’re a member of another WI SHRM chapter, you will also receive the member rate for registration!

Also, don’t miss your chance to win the new Apple iPad! The prize will be given away to one attendee at the post event reception.
